18 month check-up

Braden had his 18-month check-up and continues to do great! Dr. Sotelo pointed out the fact that the next time we'll see him will be with the new baby since Braden doesn't have to go back until he's 2. Crazy!!

Here are his latest "stats:"

• Height - 34 1/2" (off the chart!!)
• Weight - 28lbs 5 oz (80% - glad this one is going the opposite way!)
• Head - 19 3/4" (95%)

We found a pop-up book that tells the Christmas story and have been reading about the birth of baby Jesus each night and opening an advent calendar. Braden doesn't get it all, but he does get it and looks forward to both each evening. He still loves the tree and points at it in amazement each morning when he comes into the living room! Anthony got the outside lights up today. Braden can see them in his room and says "wow" when we walk in! So much fun.
