Anthony told me that when they were at Costco, Braden saw the flowers and told him that they should get some for Mommy. I told Braden that that was so sweet and thoughtful. He then told me he was going to get me a surprise. He went into the playroom and came out with this poinsettia and handed it to me. Then he gave me a 5-minute hug. One of my favorite Mommy times!
We went to the Train Park for their Christmas lights. It's our favorite Christmas lights! And we got to meet Santa! Santa was one of the very few things Hunter's been afraid of, so Anthony and I got in on the fun. Surprisingly, Braden asked Santa for a fish tank for Christmas! Oh my!
"He's an angry elf." (Anthony and I are fans of the movie Elf for those of you who caught that one!).
Braden has recently become a fan of Cat in the Hat, so he was very excited that he was also at the Train Park.
But he was glad to see some of his old friends, too.
Hunter liked the characters, but he doesn't watch any of the shows yet.

Ends up this was the last night of the Minnick's being a family of 4! Baby Taylor Jay was born the next day!
Hunter took a quick stop to watch some Polar Express.
And Cat was still there after seeing Santa!

And we took the last train of the night and Cat actually rode the train, too! Oh the excitement of Christmas!
