We had a great time in Show Low this past weekend. Here are a few videos of the fishing success!
Daddy and Braden went off down Show Low Creek to try their luck and they ended up catching 3 rainbow trout!
We stopped at Woods Canyon Lake on the way home. Hunter had his turn catching a trout!
PS - it did end up swimming away.
The first catch was a little blue gill. Braden reeled it in first and then Daddy let Hunter have a turn because we had been taking a walk.
Braden practices his casting skills. The second cast in this video ended up hooking a trout!
Hunter loved playing with the worms. He kept putting them back in their "home." He wanted some "lotion" for them so they wouldn't get a sunburn. And here he pulls out a Peter Pan term in referring to "bustling barnacles" when he refers to the worms! This kid is a trip!
