Another week.

It's amazing how quickly a week can pass. We missed some fun photo ops this week because we didn't have the camera with us. Braden met his first "mascot" - the Chick fila-a cow! He wasn't afraid and gave him a couple high-fives. We had sushi for dinner on Friday and Braden chows the edamame. He also tried some of my California role and liked it. He'll stick with the sushi Mommy eats - the cooked kind! He gets crayons now at a lot of the restaurants that we go to and he thinks that is pretty cool. We went to the park twice yesterday. He sure does love to swing... the higher, the better! You would think he'd want to try the other things since we have a swing in the backyard, but he always goes right for the swings.

I was able to go to the Science Center with Anthony and Braden over my lunch hour on Monday. A little perk of my job is a free membership and the fact that it's right down the street! Braden is still a little young for a lot of the exhibits, but it is good for him to experience it and he gets his own benefit from the different things he plays with. The video is of this screen you stand behind and try to "catch" the sand falling. Pretty cool!

We went swimming again on Friday night. At class on Wed his instructor said he's doing really well and will probably move up to the next class in a couple of weeks! Here are a couple of videos of him blowing bubbles and doing a back float. He loves to blow bubbles in the bath, too. He sticks his whole face under the water!
